Circulation & Lending Policies

  1. A valid MSU ID is required to borrow materials. This can be a student ID, faculty/staff ID, or a Community Borrower's card.
  2. Circulation periods for regular collections books:

    • MSU Faculty & Staff - 180 days
    • MSU Graduate Students - 180 days
    • MSU Undergraduate Students - 21 days
    • Community Borrowers - 14 days
  3. Class Reserve Materials circulate for limited time periods - please ask at the Circulation Desk. Reserve materials MUST BE RETURNED to the BPS Library.
  4. Journals bound and unbound DO NOT CIRCULATE.
