New NIH Public Access Policy
The new NIH Public Access Policy takes effect on April 7, 2008. As of this date, all peer reviewed articles arising from research funded by the NIH will be required to be submitted to PubMed Central for free global access.

Provost Kim Wilcox and Dr. Ian Gray, Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies, issued a Memorandum to the MSU faculty from about compliance. It includes contact numbers for four MSU administrative offices that can provide assistance.
