60th Anniversary of the People's Republic of China

October 1st is the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. With material support from the Chinese Consulate General in Chicago and concerted efforts of a team of our librarians, there is an exhibition on the 4th floor starting from now till December. The exhibition serves multiple purposes. First and foremost to promote MSU and China collaboration. There is a section of MSU and China programs, including turfgrass. It is also intended to increase the awareness of the MSU Chinese collection and library services.
Quite a few librarians as well as colleagues in other departments on campus have worked together to make this happen. Special thanks go to Theresa Moore, Anita Ezzo and Terri Miller and colleagues in Area Studies. Produced by Xian Wu.
